- • Accuracy of Information – The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate project details. Any errors or omissions may affect the validity of the contract and are the client’s responsibility.
- • Price & Amendments – The quoted price covers the preparation of one contract. Additional amendments, revisions, or re-drafting requested by the client may incur extra charges at the prevailing rate.
- • Exclusions – The quoted price does not include us acting as Contract Administrator for the project. If you require contract administration services, this will be subject to a separate agreement and fee.
- • Additional Fees for Complex Projects – We reserve the right to charge additional fees where the project involves complexities beyond standard drafting, including but not limited to unusual contractual requirements, bespoke clauses, or significant variations from the standard JCT Homeowner Contract.
